Design Process
Custom Design - no hassle!
So, you know you're going to need wall border or other printed decorative elements, but you're not sure where to start. That's okay. Our interior design consultant will help guide you through the process. First, the IDC will ask you about your specific design projects and individual needs.
You can also start by browsing our online catalog or by downloading our designer prep sheet. Or you could send us samples of your  fabrics, laminates, wood grains, etc. Our IDC will contact you after we've received your information to answer questions and schedule your project. |

After her initial conversation with you, our IDC will turn your project over to the rest of our design team. They may simply need to recolor existing patterns to match the colors of your decors, or they may need to design completely new patterns to suit your needs. |
| We have a studio artist adept in several different media on staff and several graphic artists who can transform your vision into reality. The new artwork is put into repeat on the computer, or a new pattern is created digitally. The color and design are adjusted to match your needs, creating a custom border. Those designs are sent directly to our in-house digital printing press. These designs are then printed onto your chosen substrate and slit to size. |

You'll be able to see samples of your borders in a fraction of the time it takes conventional printers. We offer manufacture-ready samples. Plus, we'll give you two full repeats of each border so you'll always know that what you see, is what you'll get! That means you'll know right away if the samples we've provided with suit your needs.
We continue color and design work until you are completely satisfied! In fact, we don't run production of your border until you've signed approval on the design, color, and substrate!
Our Interior Design Consultant will keep you informed of our design team's progress on your project and even schedule individual studio time with our staff if necessary.
