Quality Engineered Products warranties print color to be within three percent of the approved master color sample retained at QEP. The color as in all color lots may vary some, however this is very minimal and will not be noticed by the consumer of your units.
Quality Engineered Products warranties adhesion of the product for one year after the production date of this unit provided the installation instructions are followed.
The following information must accompany any claims for defective materials:
- a sample of the defective material
- labor cost will be limited to 1 hour per unit
- material cost will be limited to cost of materials (not dealer upcharge)
- deductions from accounts payable to QEP will not be authorized
- QEP will review claims and issue checks for any authorized by QEP
The above procedures only apply when QEP has determined a defect in the adhesive coating. Problems due to incorrect installation, a change in basic wallboard coverings composite, or cleaners that attack the adhesive will not be honored. QEP cannot warrant our product is suitable for every installation; it is up to the customer to determine the suitability of the adhesive for their needs.
